Steps

1. First of all select a plane and click sketch icon
2. Click the circle icon and draw a circle of the required diameter
3. Extrude this circle to the required length by clicking the thin feature button in the dropdown list.
4. Render the Sketch
5. Save this file
6. A hollow pipe has been designed
